Xiao Zhengchu Out [2018] Plot 27 project is located in Plot FG 20-C1C2-13 and Plot 14 of Olympic Sports Center and International Expo Center, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou.

Project in line with the design of "a river on both sides of the river, the twins core" vision, and to "Qianjiang + set sail" as a design concept, the overall building shape in sailing, scale ecological curtain wall as the curve changes, the sunlight refraction sparkling visual effect, at the same time with the lighting design, give facade more rich level.

In order to imitate the feeling of sparkling water surface and enrich the facade effect to show the three-dimensional space sense, in the design of this project, the east and west facades adopt the dislocation scale triangle unit system, and the scale side window to achieve indoor ventilation.

The north and south sides tilt (inward + outward), the top and bottom handover position is arc. There are the outline of the top and bottom, and the top and bottom of the north and south arc surface. The overall project has high requirements for waterproof performance.

Considering the building size, effect, cost and the intersection of unit drainage tank to enhance the water prevention and drainage performance, the area between the upper and lower dotted lines of T1 and T2 buildings is the unit curtain wall, namely 6-27 floors of T1 tower and 8-24 floors of T2 tower. The roof layer above the dotted line and the curved surface layer at the bottom of the tower below the dotted line adopt the frame practice.

The side opening form of the scale unit is the internal opening fan.
