Recently, China Construction Enterprise Management Association issued the Notice on Announcing the List of Selected Projects of the First Batch of National Quality Engineering Awards in 2022-2023, and the newly built R&D building project (Zhengtai Center Building) of Nanjing Zhengning Asset Management Co., Ltd. won the National Quality Engineering Award (2022-2023).

FORCITIS takes the role of facade consultant, lighting consultant and third-party quality assessment, and begins to intervene in the construction scheme stage at the initial stage of the project, in order to find problems earlier, avoid problems and solve them.  Zhengtai Center Building

The newly-built R&D Building (Zhengtai Center) project of Nanjing Zhengning Asset Management Co., Ltd. is located in the core area of Nanjing Hexi New Town, close to Nanjing Hexi CBD, with a land area of nearly 15,000㎡ and a total construction area of nearly 100,000㎡, integrating commercial, office and hotel office.

The project has won the architectural engineering Decoration Award 2021-2022, the National Construction Project Construction Safety Production Standardization Site, the Jiangsu Construction Industry New Technology Application Demonstration Project, the Jiangsu Construction Industry Green Construction Demonstration Project, and obtained the LEED Gold Certification of the US Green Building Council.
