In 1995, I just started to work, and it has been exactly 30 years. After graduation, i was assigned to China Aviation Shenyang Liming Aero Engine Co., Ltd., majoring in aircraft engine. At that time, there was no need to build aircraft in the environment, and the economy was developing. In order to better feed our employees, we have developed a new business - using aluminum alloy profiles for doors and windows as curtain walls, which should also be the earliest aluminum alloy doors and windows curtain wall enterprise in the country.

I chose the doors and windows curtain wall industry, the overall is relatively satisfactory. Choose a line to do it well, this is life. Because you don't know what the future looks like, it's right to work toward choice.

Our company has been established for nearly 20 years, and in general, it has been moving forward. Since 2013, I will take the team to Europe, the United States and other countries to study together every year, so that I have no reason to stop.

The real estate industry is cyclical. I have been engaged in 30 years, and the industry is developing at a high speed. You want to stop, but the market will push you forward and you can't stop.

The upstream of the curtain wall industry is all kinds of owners and architectural design units, and the downstream is all kinds of suppliers and rural migrant workers in cities, which are basically not respected at the beginning of the development of the industry.

My original intention is to be a respectable enterprise, and every member of the team can become a respected engineer. From this point of view, I think not discouraged. These conditions have prompted us to start a business. If the society is good, there is no need to solve the problem, we will lose the opportunity to start a business.

From the perspective of employees, some employees stay in the company for more than 10 years, and some may be years, each individual feels differently. This is a project done 10 years ago. The positioning is the general contracting of the project. We work as a curtain wall consultant for the China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd.. The entire project cost is about three hundred million.

The project carries the 2016 G20 Summit, so the project quality, including the construction period, the requirements are relatively high, I think it has a certain representative of the times.

The architectural features of Xi'an International Football Center, which cooperates with ZHA, make it difficult to realize this project. The project was originally intended to prepare for the AFC Asian Cup, but it was later cancelled due to the pandemic. Last year, some quality may not reach the standard due to the rush of construction period. This year we through on-site quality management, the degree of realization of the whole project is still quite high, including the effect of the scene and color.

In addition to BIM design, the project also uses some other new technologies, such as the innovative node structure of the roof, which enhances the wind resistance and snow pressure resistance.

In order to adapt to the local cultural heritage of Xi'an, the building facade uses a large amount of UHPC, reflecting the architectural characteristics of the ancient city. The surface treatment uses a purplish red color similar to the color of the Xi'an city wall.

The design of Wenzhou Impression City MEGA is done by Benoy in Hong Kong. The whole facade material includes facade selection， it is a kind of project that designers are more willing to do. Almost all types of curtain wall are reflected in this project. It tests the comprehensive strength of a team, how to mix a variety of building materials and curtain wall system into a building. This project sharing can also help many young designers grow.

In recent years, our business in the field of public buildings and office buildings accounts for about 50%, and residential buildings account for about 40%-50%.

People's demand for beauty is increasing, especially in Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Beijing and other first-tier cities. We have done 200,000 mansions per square meter in Guangzhou, and now we have done the Armani project in Guangzhou. Market demand may become less in the future, but the quality will be improved.

Meet the project design requirements, meet the customer effect requirements, meet the functional requirements of small real estate owners, these three meet, is a high-quality project. But the high quality in our minds, these three are the basis.

Hangzhou EFC project, the owner's positioning was to lead Hangzhou for 20 years, whether in function or quality, according to the development level requirements after 20 years, this is the high standard.

Ten years ago, we would not care about how much energy-saving doors and windows, whether to use insulating glass. Now the Beijing area is three glass two hollow, in the middle of the built-in shutter doors and windows, really know the people will choose those good things.

In my opinion, it is not a price war. If everyone can do a good job in quality, can meet customer requirements, why don't customers choose cheap ? This is my point of thinking.

We do the design or consultant, is not really valuable. Valuable is price. Your level is enough, the customer value is realized, low price we certainly do not do.

Forcitis is still short of people, people with ideals, pursuits, and design concepts. I think as long as the talent is not lack of market. China's market is still very large, even if this year, there are 7 to 1 billion design output, these work needs to be done.

Europe is more than 300 years of construction, but it still has good projects in the launch, if to Nepal, India to see, I think these countries have a lot of space. Have a year to take their children to Nepal, Nepal's population density including building standards with our 70's ~ 80's similar, they want to develop it ? So I think what is missing is not the market.

My eldest daughter graduated last year and studied urban planning. This industry will never disappear. Since the choice, it is necessary to see its cycle, highs and lows, are clear and willing to pay. Like a painter, every painting has thought in it and value in it. If these things do not feel, in fact, very hard very tired.

Social development to a certain stage, will certainly cause panic or anxiety, inevitable, such as the emergence of AI. We should make good use of these tools.

A few years ago, we also began to do the company's own platform of intelligent, intelligent management, intelligent report, will not worry about the data. Now once open the report, how much money back today, which project to what node, at a glance, every month's profits, daily output can be clear. At present, we are also building this system with customers. First party will pay attention to whether your people are on my project and what everyone is doing every day. In general, it is good for the enterprise.

I don't know how to define the sense of security, maybe uncertainty about the future is the biggest insecurity. But who can guarantee their own future or the future of the country is certain, sometimes think less, there will be no such insecurity.

We used to focus on curtain wall design consultants or the entire building facade, and now the volume of the entire market is definitely down, what can we do within our border capacity. We are involved in the construction of Hangzhou International Expo Center, Sanya Joy Plaza, Wuhan Sino-Ocean Design Heart, Nanjing Jiangbei Archives, Trina Solar Shanghai Headquarters and other projects, from the envelope structure to ventilation, lighting, energy efficient use and other aspects of the implementation of energy-saving concept, mainly passive technology, low-cost active technology supplemented to achieve low energy consumption, low emission green building design goals.

Forcitis is a member of CABEE. At the same time, we also cultivate employees' environmental expertise through education, knowledge exchange and environmental awareness projects. Our goal is to help achieve a 'zero carbon future' with every small step forward through design and practice.

The national requirements are getting higher and higher. There are many zero-carbon buildings that require China Green Building certification, and this market space is very large. Last year, we upgraded our Shanghai office to a subsidiary, now renamed LMW Energy Technology(Shanghai) Co., Ltd., representing the company's future strategy is to do low-carbon energy.

There are always good and bad buildings. Some of the houses we live in are still leaking, and the quality is not up to standard. As long as this society has needs, it is actually our work motivation.

China is developing rapidly, but the quality of building landing is still completed by rural migrant workers in cities. Now, some enterprises do unit curtain wall and complete it in the processing plant. In general, quality control, including project landing, is a very headache for the owners. Therefore, we now do the whole quality landing control business, so that customers can be more assured in terms of quality, determine with the owner, the key nodes have control, there are detection methods, add some restrictions on the contract. If you want to manage, these things can always manage well. For example, Greentown China Holdings Limited's reputation in Hangzhou, including projects done throughout the country, the construction unit did not listen, all its controls can be put in place, I think this is half the success.
