On the evening of April 12th, the award ceremony of China Hospital Construction Award, an Oscar in the field of hospital construction in China, jointly organized by Hospital Architecture and Equipment Branch of China Medical Equipment Association, Zhuyitai and many authoritative organizations, was grandly kicked off in Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center.
Of which, Zhejiang Xinda Hospital Project won the Award of Top Ten Hospital Architectural Design Scheme in China in the award ceremony. FORCITIS was honored to serve as the facade consultant of Xinda Hospital and participated in the whole process of facade design of Xinda Hospital.
Taking "Green Valley of Life" as the core design concept and based on the understanding of traditional calligraphy, all buildings are connected in series in one go by adopting soft and elegant arcs. The overall architectural layout presents a dynamic attitude from east to west.
As the basic concept of the overall scheme, "Green Valley" is involved in the consideration of the overall landscape from the beginning. Through the axis from southeast to northwest and the axis from north to south, a series of sight corridors and landscapes are created, so that the public can enjoy the quiet feeling like walking through the green valley.
In the process of providing facade consultation for Xinda Hospital Project, FORCITIS has three highlights worthy of attention:
1.Modeling highlights
Huzhou is known as the "Silk House". In facade design, FORCITIS cooperated with the design ideas of the Design Institute, linked the facade shape with silk, created a flowing feeling, and promoted the successful landing of the scheme, which was perfectly combined with the local characteristics of Huzhou.
2.Technical highlights
The facade of Xinda Hospital contains aluminum plate design. To create the elegant feeling of silk, it is necessary to ensure that the aluminum plate cannot have gap feeling and cannot be disconnected in the middle. The innovative use of caulking strips by FORCITIS solves this problem, ensuring the integrity of the facade and visual elegance.
3. Idea highlights
For safety reasons, the State stipulates that there should be no facade above the second floor of hospital buildings. FORCITIS adopts the design concept of "Window-wall System" above the second floor, which not only fully ensures the safety, but also takes into account the beauty and generosity of the building.
In addition to the Xinda Hospital project, FORCITIS has many successful cases in the field of medical building facade consultation:
