The Shimao Qianhai Center, which is nearly 300 meters high, is a landmark in the Qianhai area of Shenzhen and one of the world's highest structural torsion buildings. It adopts a bottom-up score design to realize the simultaneous torsion of the outer curtain wall+structural outer frame column. Its design aims to realize the design philosophy of 'harmony in diversity', which not only integrates into the whole building group harmoniously, but also stands out with its unique form. The tower gradually rotates while rising, forming a more friendly adjacent relationship with the surrounding buildings by releasing the adjacent space. This rotating shape effectively reduces the wind load, and reduces the overall weight and the amount of structure required.

'hard core technology' demonstration title
The EFC European and American Financial City is a large commercial complex in Hangzhou. The project combines two 200-meter-high Grade A office buildings, five-star hotels and two serviced apartments and three Grade B office buildings. It is planned around the 200-meter commercial corridor of Central Park and is located above the adjacent podium. EFC is currently one of the largest, most advanced and most international urban complexes in Hangzhou.
